Eligible returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
You will be notified via email once your return is received, and when your refund is applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your customer.
Lazerosity will gladly replace items damaged during shipping. If package is outwardly damaged, please take a photo prior to opening and email it, along with additional photo(s) of any damaged contents, to Laura@Lazerosity.com within 48 hours of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless damaged upon receipt -or- approved as a fulfillment error by Lazerosity, to whom notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping costs are otherwise non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
